Dublin City Council has refused permission for two of the five planned Garth Brooks concerts at Croke Park this summer.
The concerts scheduled for July 25, 26 and 27 will go ahead as planned but the sold-out concerts on July 28 and 29 will not be permitted.
Around 400,000 tickets were snapped up within days of going on sale earlier this year. The decision not to permit the last two concerts will affect around 160,000 ticket-holders.
