Dublin Bus predicts €1.5m surplus

Dublin Bus is predicting an operating surplus of €1.5 million for 2004 based on predicted revenues of €178 million.

Dublin Bus is predicting an operating surplus of €1.5 million for 2004 based on predicted revenues of €178 million.

Revenues are set to rise by 3 per cent over the 2003 figure.

Traffic congestion continues to extract a financial toll, costing the company an estimated €51 million last year, up from €34 million in 2001.
