A Dublin apartment building sited less than 150 metres from Google's Irish headquarters has been put on the market for €43 million, according to Bloomberg News.
The nine-storey building, distinctive because it's been built on the site of an old Gasworks, has 210 apartments and generates income of €3.25 million a year, according to Savills in London.
Some 60 per cent of these are rented to Google staff.
