An American internet firm that has its European headquarters in Dublin plans to raise up to $92 million in a flotation on the Nasdaq.

An American internet firm that has its European headquarters in Dublin plans to raise up to $92 million in a flotation on the Nasdaq. IronPlanet, which runs online auctions of used construction equipment, set up its European base in Blanchardstown 18 months ago. It has 16 staff based in Ireland and plans to expand.
