A boutique scale auction of Dublin homes generated almost €2.7 million from six of the seven lots sold under the hammer of Paul Menton of Gunne Residential last Wednesday.

The top price of €907,000 was achieved by 7 Garville Avenue in Rathgar, Dublin 6, as the three-bedroom Victorian villa-style residence sold for 55 per cent above its reserve, despite being in need of total refurbishment.
