Dublin airport passengers up 8% in August
Almost 2.2 million passengers passed through Dublin Airport in August, an eight per cent increase on the same period last year, according to the Dublin Airport Authority.
Almost 2.2 million passengers passed through Dublin Airport in August, an eight per cent increase on the same period last year, according to the Dublin Airport Authority.
Passenger volumes to and from continental Europe increased by 6 per cent, with almost 1.2 million passengers travelling to European destinations during the month.
Just over 675,000 passengers travelled to British destinations in August, an increase of 6 per cent when compared to last year.
