Dublin 6 remains a sought-after location

The popularity of Dublin 6 as a location shows no sign of abating, with 164 properties in the area going under the hammer so far this year. A total of 52 per cent of these properties were sold at auction, with a further 20 per cent withdrawn and 24 per cent sold after auction.
