Lisney has been appointed selling agent and tenders close on July 8.

The property adjoins Goldenbridge station on the Luas line to Tallaght, and is zoned Z6 in the current city development plan, which provides for hotel, science and technology-based industry, light industry, conference centre, enterprise centre...
