Almost 30 years after he started as an apprentice at his uncle’s butcher shop in Finglas, Sean Drumm helps people to cook, rather than buy, their meals.

Drumm owns kitchen supplier Drumms, which employs 11 people at a 12,000 square foot premises in the Western Industrial Estate in Dublin.

The business has a full-time chef, Aine Maguire, formerly of the Winding Stair restaurant in Dublin city centre, who runs showroom cookery demonstrations as a marketing tool...
