Drogheda Utd plans 10,000-seat stadium in Meath

Drogheda United FC is planning to build a 10,000-seater stadium as part of a €30 million sports and leisure arena in Bryanstown, Co Meath.

The club has teamed up with a Dublin property developer, who has acquired 160 acres of farmland to build 2,500 houses and a ring road linking theM1 andN1. The plan will see Drogheda United move from its 2.5-acre site at United Park in Co Louth to a 20acre site housing the new stadium.
