Doyles to veto board seat for Dunne

The Doyle-led consortium now in control of Jurys Doyle Hotel Group is set to block any attempt by developer Sean Dunne to gain a seat on the company's new board.

The consortium has no plans to invite Dunne to join the board and will not support the developer if he brings the issue to an extraordinary general meeting (egm), sources close to the group have said.
