The Doyle Group, the shipping and stevedoring business, is moving its corporate base to the British Virgin Islands as part of a financial reorganisation.

The Doyle Group, the shipping and stevedoring business, is moving its corporate base to the British Virgin Islands as part of a financial reorganisation.

The move was taken in recent days and means the firm’s finances will be shielded from public view. The Cork company, a shareholder of Irish Continental Group, was part of the On€51 consortium that attempted to buy the quoted Irish ferry operator.
