Don't just visit a house for the sake of it

Lately, I have been attending more open house viewings than usual and, while I appreciate the advantages of this for sellers, I am not a fan of them.

I like to view a property on my own. I am willing to share with another party, maybe two at a push, but no more. At an open viewing, I find that the market analogy of "the herd" is all too real.
