Dolmen reports pre-tax loss of €2.5 million

Dolmen Stockbrokers has made a pre-tax loss of €2.5m in 2010, but has reduced its operating losses from €2.54 million to €1.66 million.

Dolmen Stockbrokers has made a pre-tax loss of €2.5m in 2010, but has reduced its operating losses from €2.54 million to €1.66 million, according to documents filed with the Companies Office.

The stockbroking firm, which has offices in Dublin, Limerick and Cork, has made a pre-tax loss of €2.4m in 2009.

However, the company says that it expects to see a profit from its business in 2011.
