Docklands apartments launch off Liffey quays

The first 50 apartments in Castleforbes Square, a new €200 million scheme in the Dublin docklands, have been launched onto the market by developer Danninger through joint agents Hooke & MacDonald and Gunne New Homes.

The first 50 apartments in Castleforbes Square, a new €200 million scheme in the Dublin docklands, have been launched onto the market by developer Danninger through joint agents Hooke & MacDonald and Gunne New Homes.

The scheme is located just off the Liffey quays, between the Point Depot and the IFSC, and will eventually comprise 350 apartments as well as offices, a restaurant, retail and creche facilities.
