Playwright and director Phillip McMahon, 32, of production company Thisispopbaby, is one of the hottest properties in Irish theatre following the hit musical Alice in Funderland, which reinterpreted the Lewis Carroll classic for a new generation at the Abbey Theatre.

McMahon returns to the Dublin Fringe Fest with Elevator which, he says, continues to experiment with classic storytelling.
