A retail unit on Capel Street in Dublin for €130,000 and a pharmacy in Mahon Shopping Centre in Cork for €140,000 are among the cut-price commercial units going under the hammer next month in the biggest auction of distressed properties ever in the country, The Sunday Business Post has learned.
