Hundreds of company directors could face prosecution this year for failing to comply with pension trustee training requirements.
Pension firm Independent Trustee Ltd has just launched an online resource for companies, allowing them to check their pension trustee obligations and training requirements.
"All pension scheme trustees are now required to undergo trustee training within six months of their appointment, and every two years thereafter," said Elma Fox, trustee manager with Independent Trustee.
