Digital subscriptions push NY Times circulation up 73%

The New York Times has posted strong circulation growth that is largely attributable to the popularity of its digital subscription packages, it said.

The New York Times has posted strong circulation growth that is largely attributable to the popularity of its digital subscription packages, it said.

For the six-month period to the end of March, the just released Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC) report shows total average circulation, which includes total print and total digital, at 1,586,757 for Monday to Friday and 2,003,247 for Sunday. This a 73 per cent weekday gain and a 50 per cent Sunday...
