The two main sites in the Digital Hub in Dublin 8 have been put out to tender after an agreement with Manor Park Homebuilders collapsed.

The two main sites in the Digital Hub in Dublin 8 have been put out to tender after an agreement with Manor Park Homebuilders collapsed.

Under the original plan, Manor Park would have owned and let the office space, but the Digital Hub Development Agency (DHDA) told the developer that, if it emerged that there was no demand for such space, then it could not be redeveloped at a later stage.
