Digisource sells its US operations
Digisource, a Dublin company owned by the Folens publishing family, has sold its US operations in a deal thought to be worth several million euro.
The terms of the deal are not known, but the US operation, Digisource Inc, accounted for most of Digisource’s annual sales of about €19 million. It has been bought by two San Francisco-based businessmen, Darryl Smith and Scott Paul. The deal is the latest sell off by Digisource, which employed more than 300 people worldwide at its peak.
