The rejuvenation of the Dawson Street area of Dublin’s south city centre is at last catching up with the urban renewal that has already been undertaken in the docklands, the quays and Temple Bar.

Since the start of this year, three further projects have advanced to exploit the demand for retail and office accommodation, following the extension of the Luas Green Line through the street.
