Did tweet blow the final whistle?

Richard Colwell, of polling company Red C, considers whether Sean Gallagher would have won the presidential election had the unverified tweet not been read out.

Last week's Broadcasting Authority of Ireland ruling that the use of an unverified tweet about Sean Gallagher during the final televised presidential election debate last year was unfair opens up the debate about whether he would have won the election if it had not been used.
