Development land and ghost estates sell in bumper auction

About €9.5 million was generated from the sale of 38 properties at two auctions hosted by DTZ Sherry FitzGerald and Ganly Walters last week. Demand for ghost estates and development land in Leinster and east Munster was a key factor in some of the larger sales.
