Developers wake up to the appeal of industrial property

Forecasts of rising rental growth are likely to spur more activity in the sector, writes Donal Buckley

Investment in industrial property is looking increasingly attractive, although developers have been slow to get in on the act. Nevertheless, forecasts of continuing rental growth underpinned by increasing demand and reducing supply are likely to encourage greater development and investment in the sector.
