Developers set for major Kildare land deal

Property developers Jerry Conlon and Dermot O’Rourke are selling 400 acres of land at Oberstown near Naas, Co Kildare, in what may turn out to be one of the most valuable property deals of the year.

Property developers Jerry Conlon and Dermot O’Rourke are selling 400 acres of land at Oberstown near Naas, Co Kildare, in what may turn out to be one of the most valuable property deals of the year.

Informed sources said the land was expected to sell for more than €200 million. It includes the Millennium Park office park and land that has been designated for housing.
