Developers object to Bray property scheme

Property developers Sean Mulryan and Liam Carroll are among the objectors to a €2 billion property scheme planned for Bray in Co Wicklow.

Bray Town Council and Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council granted permission last month for a development that includes a large shopping centre. It is to be developed by Pizarro Developments, a consortium comprising Paddy Kelly and the Kelly family, the McCormack family vehicle Alanis, John Flynn and the Flynn family, Durkan New Homes, Newlyn Group and Pierse Construction.
