Two Dublin industrial facilities have sold recently at prices above €1 million.

Unit 260 Holly Road, Western Industrial Estate off the Naas Road: sold for more than €1.5 million.

Two Dublin industrial facilities have sold recently at prices above €1 million. A further two deals in the €4 million price range are also close to selling. These come at a time when prime industrial rents are beginning to pick up, although take-up of industrial space this year so far has not reached last year’s levels.
