Developers get permission for OPW yard
Developers Francis Rhatigan, Chris Jones and Mark Sloan have received planning permission to redevelop the Office of Public Works (OPW) yard on Lad Lane, Dublin 2,which they acquired for €22.5 million in 2004, writes Neil Callanan.
Developers Francis Rhatigan, Chris Jones and Mark Sloan have received planning permission to redevelop the Office of Public Works (OPW) yard on Lad Lane, Dublin 2,which they acquired for €22.5 million in 2004, writes Neil Callanan.
Using a vehicle called Clondean, the trio sought permission to develop 94 apartments, a concierge reception area, office suite, gym, cinema, conference room and hospitality suite.
The development would be built in four blocks varying between six, seven and ten storeys....
