Developers announce new phase of Junction One

The developers behind Antrim-based international outlet shopping centre Junction One are to invest stg£100 million (€149 million) in the expansion of on-site facilities to include a hotel, a cinema and 28 new factory outlets.

The developers behind Antrim-based international outlet shopping centre Junction One are to invest stg£100 million (€149 million) in the expansion of on-site facilities to include a hotel, a cinema and 28 new factory outlets.

The first phase of the development, by Coleraine developers The Kennedy Group, opened in May 2004, creating 800 jobs in 50 outlets. Phase two is expected to create an additional 500 new jobs.
