David Arnold, the Irish property developer, is seeking summary judgement against his former business partner in D2 Private, the real estate investment firm that once managed more than €1.65 billion on behalf of clients.

Arnold initiated the High Court action against Deirdre Foley last year, but he has now informed the High Court that he is seeking summary judgement over what he claims to be an outstanding debt.
