Property developer Paddy Kelly is set to acquire complete control of the Irish operations of Mango, the expanding international fashion chain, in a deal worth €5 million.
The Kelly Group, which already has a 50 per cent stake in the retail business, will buy out the remaining shares held by businessman Hugh McGivern in the holding company Fabline.
Mango now has eight shops in the Republic, after it opened two new shops last year.
