Developer launches into student housing despite crazy' land prices

A British developer is to create students' accommodation at the Digital Hub, and has plans for more developments, writes Donal Buckley.

The first British developer to undertake a new-build apartment development in Ireland in at least ten years was in Dublin this week, and spoke about plans for further projects and how the Irish experience so far compares with Britain.
