Developer bids €3.7m for Delphi Spa centre

Galway property developer Michael McDonagh has emerged as the frontrunner to buy the Delphi Spa and Adventure Centre, the multi-million-euro business that went into receivership in August.

Galway property developer Michael McDonagh has emerged as the frontrunner to buy the Delphi Spa and Adventure Centre, the multi-million-euro business that went into receivership in August.

The Sunday Business Post has learned that McDonagh has bid about €3.7 million for the premises at Leenane in Co Galway, and is now in advanced talks with the receiver, Dublin accountant Pearse Farrell.
