Property developer Philip Marley is back before the Irish courts, with a group of creditors seeking to liquidate his student accommodation firm Ely Property over outstanding debts.

Copsey Murray, a Dublin accountancy firm, has lodged High Court papers on behalf of creditors seeking to wind up Ely.
