Desmond-backed e-learning firm makes €1.3m profit

Intuition Publishing, the e-learning firm owned by financier Dermot Desmond, made a pre-tax profit of €1.3 million last year.

Intuition Publishing, the e-learning firm owned by financier Dermot Desmond, made a pre-tax profit of €1.3 million last year.

The figure was down slightly from €1.5 million in 2004, as a result of a €900,000 investment in research and development.

The investment was in a new suite of learning products for the financial services sector.
