When Gillian Reidy moved her company from Dublin to Laois in 1998, her biggest concern was having good communication with her clients.

Located in Raheniska, two miles outside of Stradbally, Co Laois, Penhouse is a rurally-based design company with an urban market.

‘‘Our business is town-based and because we’re in the country we have to prove to our clients that we are able to keep up,” she said.
