Denis O’Brien’s Digicel has postponed its planned flotation on the New York stock market, blaming current conditions in emerging markets for the decision.
“Despite significant support for the IPO from a high quality group of investors during the marketing period, current conditions, particularly in emerging markets, have impacted transaction momentum over recent days,” the company said in a statement released last night.
