Denis O’Brien’s radio group Communicorp will take a stake of just over 30 per cent in Dublin rock station Phantom, following the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland’s approval of the deal.
Denis O’Brien’s radio group Communicorp will take a stake of just over 30 per cent in Dublin rock station Phantom, following the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland’s approval of the deal.
The new shareholder arrangement will result in Paul McGuinness’s Principle Management taking a larger share, as will Denis Desmond’s Gaiety Investments. The latest investment from these three shareholders will total around €300,000.
