Demand for small spaces leads to bigger industrial movement
JLL recorded transactions of 1.2 million square feet of industrial space between January and the end of June 2017
Although not as glamorous as hotels, retail or funky office buildings, first half take-up of industrial space this year is up 16 per cent year-to-date, according to the latest sectoral report from JLL.
