Delta makes €16m on Xiam

Venture capital firm Delta Partners has made about €16 million from a €2 million investment in Xiam Technologies after the Dublin software firm was sold to US wireless developer Qualcomm last week in a $32 million (€20 million) deal.

Venture capital firm Delta Partners has made about €16 million from a €2 million investment in Xiam Technologies after the Dublin software firm was sold to US wireless developer Qualcomm last week in a $32 million (€20 million) deal.

Maurice Roche, general partner at Delta and Xiam board member, said the sale represented a great return on its investment and had rewarded it for sticking with Xiam through some troubled times.
