Deloitte announces merger with Leyton Ireland

Deloitte Ireland has announced that it will merge its research and development tax credit practice with Leyton Ireland, to form Deloitte Leyton Consulting Ireland.

Deloitte Ireland has announced that it will merge its research and development tax credit practice with Leyton Ireland, to form Deloitte Leyton Consulting Ireland.

Leyton has offered R&D tax credit services in Ireland since 2007.

Brendan Jennings, managing partner at Deloitte, commented: “Leyton’s expertise and experience complement Deloitte’s existing strong capabilities in this area. We believe the combination of skills in the two teams creates a market leading proposition for our clients.”...
