Deals worth €750m herald a strong 2015

The latest figures are a drop on last year’s equivalent, but are still impressive, writes Donal Buckley

Deals for about €750 million worth of commercial property have been agreed in the first two months of this year alone. While this is a drop on the €1.1 billion plus sales reported in the first two months of 2014, it still reflects a strong start to this year.
