No company wishes to go into examinership, so it is important to acknowledge that last week was a difficult one for this newspaper.

A corporate restructuring at the TCH group of companies left little choice for Post Publications, which publishes this newspaper, but to petition for examinership and an interim examiner was appointed. This has serious implications for the company and its creditors, which we acknowledge.
