DCC to seek FTSE listing, cancel Irish one

UPDATE: DCC is set to become the latest Irish company to seek a listing on the London Stock Exchange.

DCC is set to become the latest Irish company to seek a listing on the London Stock Exchange.

The company said it would cancel its Irish listing on May 3rd and seek a FTSE UK Index listing.

The currency in which its shares trade will change to pounds sterling from March 1st and it will change its reporting currency to pounds from the start of its next financial year, on April 1st.
