Industrial holding company DCC could face a tax bill of about €30 million if the Revenue Commissioners decide the controversial sale of its stake in fruit distributor Fyffes was structured to evade tax, informed sources have told The Sunday Business Post.

DCC could face a potential capital gains tax liability of about €17 million if the Revenue Commissioners find DCC’s sale of its Fyffes shares, through Dutch subsidiary Lotus Green, was a tax evasion mechanism....
