Davy buys Gorey development for €25m

Davy Private Clients, a division of Davy Stockbrokers, has bought the Gorey Town Centre development in Wexford for €25 million.

Davy Private Clients, a division of Davy Stockbrokers, has bought the Gorey Town Centre development in Wexford for €25 million.

Construction has started on the development, which is due to be completed in September of next year. It will have 19 shops and 400 car parking spaces. Agreement is close on letting 12 of the shops.

The centre will be anchored by Dunnes Stores, which bought its unit in a separate transaction. The Dunnes store in the centre...
