Datalex shares up over 8% on dividend and revenue surge

Shares in Dublin-based aviation software provider Datalex surged after it announced that its revenue grew by 18 per cent to $38.1 million last year.

Shares in Dublin-based aviation software provider Datalex surged after it announced that its revenue grew by 18 per cent to $38.1 million last year.

The company’s share price was up by 8.2 per cent a few moments ago, as Datalex announced its first ever dividend of two US cents per share.

The strong performance of Datalex during 2013 was aided by new deals at major airlines including WestJet, Virgin Australia, JetBlue Airways and Virgin Atlantic.
