Dartmouth House, a second-generation office building in Ranelagh in Dublin 6, is understood to have been sold in an off-market transaction for between €14 million and €15 million.

Dartmouth House, a second-generation office building in Ranelagh in Dublin 6, is understood to have been sold in an off-market transaction for between €14 million and €15 million. The building had been owned for several years by a private consortium led by property advisor and town planner Bill Nowlan and had been let on a number of short term leases.
