Irish food group Glanbia is at the centre of a multi-million-euro court action after being accused by one of its main competitors of infringing on a patent.

Danone, the international food and drink conglomerate, is suing Glanbia in the High Court for up €10 million in Dublin following a dispute over Glanbia’s new Yoplait Essence range of yoghurt drinks.
